These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website weinnovate.design and the software applications and tools operated by weinnovate Design ("we", "us", "our"), based in Adelaide, South Australia (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You must not misuse the Services — including attempting to access them by any method other than the interfaces we provide, probing or testing vulnerabilities, or interfering with their operation.
Where a Service connects to your third-party accounts (for example via Google OAuth), you are responsible for having the authority to grant that access.

2. Accounts & Authorisation

Some Services may require you to authorise access to third-party accounts. You may revoke that access at any time through the relevant third-party provider (for example, your Google Account permissions page). Revoking access may limit the functionality available to you.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software comprising the Services are the property of weinnovate Design or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Client Work

Services delivered under a separate client agreement (such as web design, development, or consulting engagements) are governed by the terms of that agreement. In the event of any conflict, the client agreement prevails.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, weinnovate Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Services or other users.

8. Changes to the Services & Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
